i found the staff friendly and always ready to help. the rooms are fantastic for the price, with comfortable beds plus a clean bathroom stocked with extra towels. it's easily the best hotel i have ever stayed at. the secure car park under the hotel was also a fantastic bonus!!!

The room was very clean, with huge beds. I had a great view of an indoor garden. the open bar and kitchen with pizza are very convenient. the checkout process was very fast.

the hotel is in a very quiet area, located close to the tram 17 station. getting to the city center via the festhalle messe and u4 is easy. this makes travel very convenient.

The room was clean and i liked that (especially considering the value). I found the staff helpful at reception. There was good accessibility for parking.
The bathroom felt quite small. I noticed the absence of doors in the bathing area, this led to water spillage. I found that the room lacked adequate space.
